Exclusive Beach House Sardinia manages personal data used for direct booking. Privacy enquiries may be sent to reservations@beachhousesardinia.com.

Data collected

The booking system collects name, email address, telephone number, stay dates, guest composition, pet declaration, booking and payment status, IP address, browser user agent and the versions of the legal documents accepted. Payment-card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by this website.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to answer enquiries, prepare and perform the booking contract, manage payments, protect the property, comply with legal obligations and retain evidence of the guest's acceptance of booking terms. IP address and user agent are recorded solely as evidence of contractual acceptance. The relevant legal bases include contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Recipients

Data may be shared where necessary with Stripe, hosting and email providers, MyMaison or another guest-registration provider, the Municipality of Arbus, Italian public-security authorities, professional advisers and service providers involved in the stay.

Retention

Booking, payment and acceptance records are retained for the period required to perform the contract, meet accounting and legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised.

Rights

Depending on applicable law, guests may request access, correction, restriction, portability, objection or deletion where permitted. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
